Activity:Inline Skating Workout
Story: It’s cardio time. I’m going to use inline skating as my interval training routine to increase my basic aerobic fitness for the next 6 weeks so I can work harder in the following period. Finding a way to keep fitness fun in the early stages so that I can feel some gain because it is often hard for me to start. My inspiration comes from what our North American ski racers do in the off season. 141 avg bpm/ 172 max bpm.
